KAI provided A&E Services to Horizon Properties on a new five story, 94 room TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Harmar Township, PA. The building area is approximately 60,500 GSF and will utilize a structural system consisting of masonry bearing walls and precast concrete plank floors. KAI provided A&E Services to Horizon Properties for this hotel and the Grove City TownePlace Suites project concurrently. The successful efforts of the Design & Development team on this project were recognized by Marriott with a “BEST Collaborators” award.
