This seven story Hilton Garden Inn is located in the Town Center at Levis Commons lifestyle center.  KAI worked closely with Levis Commons design representatives to ensure the compatibility of the hotel aesthetics with those of the overall Master Plan developed for the lifestyle Center.

The overall project consisted of the 104,000 SF Hilton Garden Inn and a one story, 26,000 SF Banquet/Conference Center, totaling an approximate 130,000 SF facility designed by KAI.
