KAI provided A&E services to repeat client Horizon Properties for this new six story Hampton Inn & Suites in Granville, WV. In addition to the hotel design, KAI concurrently provided Master Site Planning Services, as well as design for a 2,400 Pool Addition to the hotel, a 15,500 SF retail building; and a Home2 Suites hotel at this same site (which the Owner opted not to construct after completion of 100% Construction Documents).
