This project represents the first of seven hotel projects for which KAI has been retained by developer, InnTrusted, LLC, since June 2020. The new four-story Courtyard by Marriott hotel area is approximately 62,400 SF, inclusive of a one-story Pool addition.

Amenities include a Pool, Fitness Center, Bistro/Bar, Lounge, Restaurant, Dining Room, and multiple Meeting Rooms.  A covered outdoor Patio and Terrace offer beautiful views of the nearby Pocatello Mountain Range.

KAI provided A&E Services to InnTrusted for this hotel and the new Meridian, ID Holiday Inn Express project concurrently.
