KAI has recently developed a Master Plan for existing and newly acquired Pinnacle Sports properties. Phase I of the Master Plan was completed in 2008 and consists of a new outdoor, fully illuminated, multi-purpose synthetic athletic training surface with new parking, access road, and a deceleration lane into the Pinnacle Sports drive from State Route 18. The Gross Square Footage for the new synthetic FieldTurf surface is approximately 142,000 SF. Parking was augmented to provide a total of 304 stalls. As part of the Project Team, KAI endeavored to deliver a product which would satisfy the Owner's request for premier athletic training fields while respecting the rural and residential character of Granger Township.
