The project at Heritage Woods consists of a new 128 Unit Apartment Complex of two- and three-story buildings on a 7.95 acre eastern site. There are four building types, each building contains sixteen units and seven buildings are planned for the site. A clubhouse, pool, trash enclosure, mail kiosk and garages are included in the overall master plan.
