The Project consists of the extensive renovation and reuse of an existing 19th century paper mill complex on the Chagrin River. When completed, the facility will include a new restaurant, bed & breakfast, micro-brewery, and lounge within the existing structures. Additionally, new buildings will be constructed on the site to include office, retail, and residential occupancies.
The Project is registered with the USGBC and a LEED Gold rating is being pursued. Materials salvaged on site will be re-used in the renovated areas as well as in the newly constructed portions of the Project. High-efficiency MEP systems, comprehensive building management systems, and on-site renewable energy features are being used to minimize the Project's energy consumption.
