KAI was retained by the Albert M. Higley Company to complete the Construction Documents for the Crocker Park Garages based on the Schematic Design drawings provided by Bialosky Partners. The construction consists of four precast concrete and brick parking structures and pedestrian bridge connections to mixed-use buildings. These completed garages have a parking capacity of nearly 2,400 cars and a combined gross area of over 800,000 SF.
