KAI performed master planning, building design, construction documents, bidding and field supervision of this three phase project. The Phase I Independence Bank is a four-story building. Phase II is a 144,500 SF, six-story building. Phase III is a 92,000 SF, five-story building matching the existing Phase I Independence Bank Building and Phase II office building.  All of the buildings are constructed and appear as one unified corporate park.

KAI also executed space planning, design and construction documents for all tenant improvements. The firm coordinated a parking, traffic and signalization analysis for Rockside Road and Freedom Square Blvd. with the firm of John David Jones and Associates. KAI then retained the engineering firm of Bohning and Associates to determine the requirements necessary for the dedicated road improvements on the site.
