Crown Centre II

A vacant 4.6 acre parcel adjoining the existing fourteen-story Crown Centre Office Building (designed by Kaczmar architects incorporated) was developed for this new 204,000 square foot nine-story Medical Office Building. The steel frame structure is compatible in form, materials and color to the existing Crown building.  This Cleveland Clinic facility houses Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Orthopedics/Sports Medicine, PT/OT, CORF, Specialties, Radiology & Lab space in the 100,000 square foot first phase and CC plans to ultimately expand into the entire remaining building square footage.  A four-story atrium accommodates a large central covered drop off and patient in take/waiting area for the entire building with sub-waiting space adjoining the atrium and elevator core on each floor.  Site development for the project includes an open parking deck structure which compliments and blends aesthetically with the design of the medical/office Tower.
