The corporate center is located in a natural setting with five waterfalls and an outdoor walking trail.  The design of the Master Plan prepared by KAI preserves 4.5 acres of land designated as a city owned park along the ravine. Over 440,000 square feet of premium office space is planned for the 40-acre wooded site. The eight office buildings range from 30,000 square foot one-story buildings to 85,000 square foot five -story buildings.  Continuity among the buildings is established by the use of the same palette of materials throughout the park.  Currently buildings 1 & 3 are completed. Building 3 was completed in 2001 and became a tenant improvement project with the Alltel Corporation after the shell was constructed.
