The phased Project consists of a 325,000 SF addition to the existing animal research vivarium and laboratory facilities, as well as master planning of the existing 71 acre WIL Research site. Schematic Design has been completed for the 75,000 SF Phase One project, which will accommodate additional vivarium, laboratory space and administrative offices. Sustainable principles are being incorporated into the design and construction practices. The construction cost for Phase One is currently estimated to be approximately $16 Million.
