184 guest rooms were designed for this recently completed, seven story hotel in the Levis Commons lifestyle center. The conference center includes a 10,000 SF Ballroom, two Meeting Rooms and 4,000 SF of Pre-function space. The overall project consists of the 104,000 SF Hilton Garden Inn and a one story, 26,000 SF Banquet/Conference facility, totaling approximately 130,000 SF for the entire building. KAI worked to ensure the compatibility of the hotel aesthetics with those of the overall Master Plan developed for Levis Commons.
