KAI provided A / E Services for multiple phases of Interior Improvements at the Cleveland Clinic U-Building / Mellen Center.  Over 20,000 SF of area was renovated into a new Lobby, Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis Treatment and Research, offices, and exam rooms.  

A later phase of renovations included a one story addition to the existing U-Building which included a retrofit of the existing First Floor Area. The 7,250 SF structure is a steel frame with masonry veneer.  The entrance is highlighted by a new curved translucent panel canopy.  This signature entry has been the basis of design for subsequent Clinic MRI facilities.
