This new one-story Medical Eye Care Building was completed in January 2007 and serves as the Office of Spectrum Eye Care, Inc.  The building contains approximately 24,000 total SF of useable area, including space for three additional tenants: Dr. Greg Theis, D.D.S General Dentistry, Findlay Retina Center, and Eastern Woods Family Practice. The site, which is a part of the Eastern Woods Development, contains approximately four acres located in Marion Township, Ohio, near the intersection of US Route 224 and Eastern Woods Parkway.

KAI performed architectural services for Site Development, Building Shell and Interior Improvements, Interior Design, and Construction Administration for all four tenants. KAI also developed a Master Plan for the Project, which included plans for a future Phase II addition, maximizing the amount of area that can be constructed on the site while satisfying all applicable zoning regulations for parking, setbacks, green space, etc.
