The three-story Building is on the main Cleveland Clinic campus near the south east corner of E. 90th Street and Euclid Avenue. The new Central Plant building contains approximately 18,000 SF of space , plus an open rooftop equipment area with 26' high louvered screen walls concealing twelve cooling towers. The structure is a composite frame with an exterior of brick and metal panel. New boiler, chillers, pumping packages and emergency power generation systems are housed in the facility that was constructed as an important and integral predecessor to the Heart Center.
