KAI became involved in this project at the Byzantine Catholic Diocese's request when contractual problems between the diocese and the building contractor brought the construction to a halt when it was approximately 1/3 complete.
KAI's services began with analyzing the responsibilities of the parties in a very unusual building contract and continued through redesign of the interior spaces and supervision of the remainder of construction.
